PURPOSE:To provide a tissue culture acceleration apparatus capable of uniformizing and increasing the growth rate in the tissue culture of a plant by culturing a plant, etc., in an electromagnetic field generated by using a spiral IC coil. CONSTITUTION:A non-metallic stand for holding a plant body or a callus during tissue culture is placed in a spiral IC coil formed by winding an odd number of ICs double-counterclockwise. The plant body or the callus is cultured by passing a DC current through the IC coil. |
