The machine is formed on the basis of a general structure 1 consisting of two plates 2 and 2' between which a hydraulic cylinder is mounted, incorporating, in its front part, a support 4 for mounting a tool head 3, which is rotary, the assembly being supplemented by a rear support 10 linked to the front part 1 via a tube 9 which can be moved in an axial direction between rollers 11 provided in this structure 1. Both in the front part and in the rear part there are articulated arms 6 and 6' actuated by respective hydraulic cylinders 7 and 7'. On the head 3 it is possible to mount, interchangeably, various work tools or implements, between which, in brackets or lugs 8, 12 and 13 of the general structure, it is likewise possible to fit other means such as an operator's seat, levelness (regularity) support, etc. <IMAGE>
