CONSTITUTION:A garbage separating part 3 is installed, domestic wasted water containing garbages, etc., is separated into domestic drainage and solid matters, a prescribed quantity of the domestic drainage is stored in a domestic drainage storing part 17, the rest is made to flow in a drain 21 as it is, the domestic drainage stored in the domestic drainage storing part 17 is supplied again to the garbages 21 in a garbage treating part 2, and while the domestic drainage being made to flow the inside of the part 2, the garbages. etc., are pulverized.
