PURPOSE:To jet ideal foam when a container is either in a normal position or in an inverted position, minimize a possibility of intrusion of liquid into an air cylinder, and prevent occurrence of an operational failure of a pump. CONSTITUTION:Leak of liquid is prevented even if a container is inverted by providing a pressure reduction-preventing valve 22 of a special construction. Contained liquid can be sucked either in a normal position or in an inverted position by providing a change-over valve member 3 of a special construction. By a cylindrical valve part 26 peripherally provided on the inner peripheral edge of a partition wall 28 partitioning an air pressurizing chamber A, a vent path 48 connecting the inside of a large-diameter air cylinder 14 to a liquid path 45 is blocked unless air is introduced into the liquid path 45 through the large-diameter cylinder. |
