BACK-UP STRUCTURE OF RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To obtain excellent reinforcement effect by recycling an FRP product, by a method wherein a back-up layer of a compound comprised of recycled powder obtained by pulverizing a waste material of the FRP product and unsaturated polyester resin is provided on the rear of a surface material such as a gel coat. CONSTITUTION:A bathtub 1 is constituted of a gel coat layer 2 of the surface, an FRP layer 3 and a back-up layer 4 comprised of recycled powder to be obtained by pulverizing a waste material of an FRP product and a compound of unsaturated polyester resin. Usually a gel coat material such as unsaturated polyester is used for the gel coat layer 2. Then acrylic vacuum molded sheet may be used as the gel coat layer 2. Then the back-up layer 4 is comprised of a resin compound obtained by mixing up with each other within a range of a ratio of (unsaturated polyester resin):(recycled powder)= 100:50-100 and formed by being sprayed on the FRP layer 3 to an extent of a thickness of 1mm by a spray gun.
