PURPOSE:To prevent the abrasion of a screw caused by a dragging phenomenon by providing a screw part having a flight having a lead angle in the vicinity of a material supply port to a screw and also providing a kneading disc part thereto between a discharge port and a vent hole provided to the downstream end of the screw. CONSTITUTION:Respective screws 15, 16 are equipped with screw parts 15a, 15b having a lead angle and kneading disc parts 15b, 16b for kneading and melting a resin material. When a high viscosity polymer is molded, the polymer is wound around both screws 15, 16 between the screw parts 15a, 16a thereof and the force drawing the screws 15, 16 mutually acts. The resultant force F1 of F'1 and F''1 acts on the kneading disc parts 15b, 16b by a molten resin 17 and, since this resultant force F1 is the force in the direction pressing the kneading disc parts 15b, 16b to a barrel 1, this force is ready to separate the screws 15, 16 mutually to negate the force ready to draw the screws 15, 16 mutually generated in the screw parts 15a, 16a. |
