发明名称 UNLOADING MECHANISM FOR TANK TRUCK
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce torsion force to reduce labor in unloading by making a dispensing port rotatable with its dispensing direction axial line as the center while a hose is tightly coupled. CONSTITUTION:In an example wherein a hose 4 side is structured to be rotatable, an end metal jig 10 and a hose joint 17 have a circular cross section and are fitted rotatably around an axial line. An anti-drop screw 19 screwed from an outer periphery of the hose joint 17 is loosely inserted into a groove 18 provided on an outer periphery of a fitting part of the jig 10, thereby preventing the hose joint 17 and the jig 10 from moving in the axial direction. The anti- drop screw 19 is fixed to the hose joint 17. Leakage is prevented by an O-ring 20. Thus, if displacement in a torsion direction is to be caused on the hose 4 with the hose 4 coupled, since a dispensing port of a tank truck or the vicinity of the end metal jig 10 of the hose 4 can be rotated with respect to the axial direction of the hose, torsion force can be reduced.
