The electrical interconnection device comprises a body (1) made of an insulating elastic material through which passes at least one conduit (2), and at least one conducting element (23) inserted into the conduit (2) in order to establish therein an electrical contact with another conducting element (23). A bearing shoulder (26) formed between a shank (24) and a head (25) of the conducting element (23) is applied against the body (1) in the vicinity of the conduit (2), and prevents the complete penetration of the conducting element (23) into the conduit (2).
