The crusher operates by simultaneous compression of two levers (1), each of two steel timbers. Their opposite motion compresses the cylindrical can part, located on a secured bottom plate (3), flat. A press plate (2), attached to the levers, permits the compression of cans of a small dia. The crusher can be set on any flat surface and has rubber feet preventing slipping.
