The tubeless pneumatic tire is characterized by monolithically molding a carcass cord rubber layer and an inner liner rubber layer containing a rubber blend of 40˜60parts butyl rubber, 0˜30parts synthetic rubber and 10˜60parts natural rubber. Specially the rubber blend is composed of 40parts butyl rubber, 10parts synthetic rubber, 50parts natural rubber, 60parts carbon black, 4parts zinc oxide, 1parts stearic acid, 10parts auxiliary agent 1.5parts vulcanizing accelerator and 2parts vulcanizing agent. The pneumatic tire reduces the air penetration, and improves stability and durability.
