PURPOSE:To quickly pick-up and display a target in an image and also to minutely display the significant target image. CONSTITUTION:Video data 21 is temporarily stored in a line shift register 29 and target position coordinate data 15 is picked-up in a target pick-up filter 13 and a target detecting circuit 14. Video data 21 for the frame memory 31 and a reticle is superimposed on a detection target position so as to be displayed in a wide area image display device 32. The image of the detection target position is also read from the scroll frame memory 31 so as to be recorded in a magnification display memory 35 and the minute target image is displayed apart from whole screen display. The detection target position is directed with the visual field of a narrow visual field image pickup unit 40 as the target and utilized for picking-up the target image with high resolution. |
