PURPOSE:To prevent worm fragments on a sliding surface from scattering to the parts of an ultrasonic actuator. CONSTITUTION:Worm fragments on a sliding surface is electrically attracted by accumulating electrostatic charge on a sliding member 13 to be used for sliding an ultrasonic actuator. Or, the member 13 is impregnated with liquid or sprayed with liquid on its sliding surface to moisten the fragments. Thus, the fragments is deposited without scattering. |
