PURPOSE:To obtain a desired blowing out air velocity by reducing an air frictional resistance in a clean air blowing out device. CONSTITUTION:Under a filter box 1 wherein a supply port 5 is provided and a HEPA filter 3 is incorporated, a blowing out chamber 2 of which the face area is larger than that of the filter box 1 is formed. Then, a porous rectifying plate 7 is attached in the blowing out chamber 2. In addition, a porous panel 8 is provided in a blow-out port 9 under the blowing out chamber 2, and an air frictional resistance and noises to be generated are reduced. |
