The building structure is made up of wall-bearing elements (2) of treated timber and of steel shaped elements with sheets of air on each side (6), like those associated with self-supporting roof elements. The principal member (11) is laid flat on a workbench while other members are glued and fixed in position with screws. Four bases (14) and the shaped element (8) are fixed. Insulation (9) in the form of polystyrene sandwich layers is inserted. The panel is plastered (17) before being turned over and coated with external insulating cladding (12). Passages are provided for housing electric cables and pipes.
