摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide an injection molding type ignition device having no influence due to extension or contraction by heat by a method wherein an insulation mold is formed by material selected from specified polypropylene resin foaming member, polypropylene resin mixture material, and polyorefin thermoplastic elastomer. CONSTITUTION:After each of composing elements is installed on a printed circuit board 1, an assembly is placed within a molding mold. Appropriate molding material is fed into the molding mold by an injection molding method, the assembly comprised of an electronic circuit part 2 and an ignition transformer 3 is buried and connected to it, then an insulating resin formed member 8 is formed. As material for the insulating resin formed member 8, material having foaming agent mixed with polypropylene resin by 2 to 8%, material having filler or glass beads, glass fibers and glass baloon or the like mixed by 1.0 to 40% to polypropylene or polyolefine thermoplastic elastomer can be applied.</p>
