<p>PURPOSE:To handle a module as one product and prevent the deterioration of measurement precision due to small-size, light-weight, environment change, and installation failure by uniting a circuit part and an auxiliary flow route part to compose a module. CONSTITUTION:An electronic circuit 8 and a circuit housing 9 are fixed in the upper face of a base member 7, a connector 11 is united with the housing 9, and the upper face of the housing 9 is covered with a cover 10. An auxiliary flow route 3 is made to have an L-shaped flow route composed of an inlet open face 301 opened in a face vertical to the base member 7, a first route 302 in parallel to the member 7, a second route 304 vertical to the member 7, an outlet open face 305 opened in a face in parallel to the base member 7, and a rectangularly curved part 303. The auxiliary flow route composing member 4 is fixed in the base member 7 so as to position a heat-generating resistor 1 in the flow route 302 and a temperature sensing resistor 2 in the curved part 303. Consequently, a module in which a circuit part and an auxiliary route are united is composed.</p> |
