PURPOSE:To make communication quality excellent and to suppress the increase of power consumption by controlling the operation of a high frequency transmission/reception part based on the timing of the modulation completion of a carrier wave. CONSTITUTION:When a modulation completion pulse signal 5 is outputted to a control means 6 after a carrier wave generation start signal 4 is outputted, the control means 6 turns on the power source of the power amplifier part 2b of a high frequency transmission/reception part 2 by this timing and performs a control so that a modulated carrier wave may be transmitted by radio. Therefore, even if a signal 4 is outputted earlier than a signal 5, the carrier waves which are not modulated at the point of time can be prevented from being transmitted from an antenna 1. Even when the signals 4 and 5 are simultaneously outputted, the carrier waves which are not modulated are not transmitted before the modulation is completed, the communication quality when digital data is transmitted is made excellent and the increase of power consumption can be suppressed. |
