PURPOSE:To revise a system for supporting the production of many kinds-small quantity and to secure intentional production and production quantity while the date of delivery is kept on the production management system. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a first management means 11 managing the design of the manufactured means M/R of a newly ordered product, a second management means 12 managing the manufacture of the manufactured means M/R, a third means 13 managing stocking in accordance with the production request of re-ordered products or the newly ordered products and a fourth management means 14 managing the process of a production line 18 manufacturing the re-ordered products or the newly ordered products by using the manufactured means M/R. A fifth management means 15 predicting the completion of the products in accordance with the progress situation of the stocking processing of the re-ordered products or the newly ordered products and the production line 18 is provided. Furthermore, a sixth management means 16 deciding the priority of work in accordance with the progress situation of the stocking processing and that of the production line 18 is provided. |
