PURPOSE:To discriminate the possibility of load connection in advance and make a terminal or a load device itself regulate load current so that a breaker may keep the rated current for a new load by carrying and outputting control data such as identification number, rated current and allowance load current of a breaker to an electric wire from a power line carrying part. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal 5 is connected to an electric wire 3, a breaker 2 transmits its identification number, rated current, load current used in another receptacle and allowance current. The control data is received by the power line carrying part 25 of the terminal 5 and inputted into a terminal control part 52. A display part 53 displays the identification number and allowance current of the breaker 2 alternately, using the display element of two-digit seven segment. It is possible to discriminate the possibility of connecting a new load to the terminal 5 based on the display. Because the terminal 5 displays the allowance current of the breaker 2 alternately together with the identification number, it is possible to form the terminal 5 out of minimum number of display elements, thus providing size reduction. |
