PURPOSE:To prevent a reflection or a confusion of a high speed digital signal owing to an impedance unconformity, by improving the impedance conformity at the connecting part of a signal wire line and a connector. CONSTITUTION:A signal contact 2 a signal line 7 of a fine line coaxial FRC 6 is connected, and a gland contact 3 a gland line 8 of the fine line coaxial FRC 6 is connected, are provided. To the connecting part of the signal contact 2 and the signal line 7, a high dielectric 4 is filled.
