Novel combination product for the prevention and treatment of abnormal movements, in particular, trembling and iatrogenic dyskinesias caused by a neuroleptic-induced extrapyramidal syndrome. The product of the invention combines capripramine and a neuroleptic. The presente invention also concerns the use of capripramine and its therapeutically acceptable salts in the preparation of a drug for the prevention and treatment of neuroleptic-related abnormal movements.
