PURPOSE:To apply slodering to a connecting terminal surface at a stable strength, by providing a slider, a housing stopper, and a clip, and bringing a contact tail into contact with the connecting terminal surface of a circuit pattern. CONSTITUTION:In order to place a slider 35 in a housing 32, a slider 36 is inserted to the near side of the horizontal part 341 of a reverse L-shaped insertion hole 34 of the housing 32. After that, an MST connector 31 for surface mounting is inserted to a printed circuit board 15 in the lateral direction, and it is held by a clip 13. And when the sash bar 38 of the slider 35 is pushed in to the inner side of the circuit board 15 so as to move the slider 35 to the position of an upward vertical member 342, the housing 32 is dropped to the level that the lower end face of a side surface 33 is contacted to the surface of the circuit board 15. As a result, the contact tail 6 of the connector 31 is contacted to a connecting terminal surface 5 where the paste solder 7 of the circuit pattern of the circuit board 15 is applied. Consequently, the solder 7 is never scraped because the upper part of the contact tail 6 is contacted to the terminal surface 5. |
