<p>PURPOSE: To provide a voltage transcribing device which can operate over a wider range and has a simpler configuration which minimizes device to device nonuniformity. CONSTITUTION: A voltage transcribing device includes an input side electromagnet 10, to work in response to input voltage and to generate a magnetic field proportional to the input voltage and the first magnetoresistive sensing element 12 installed in this magnetic field of the magnet 10. The arrangement further contains an output voltage source capable of being regulated, an output side electromagnet 11 to work in response to output voltage and generate a magnetic field proportional to the output voltage, the second magnetoresistive sensing element 13 installed in the magnetic field of the magnet 11, and control circuits 15, 16 for controlling the output voltage source. By the control circuits 15, 16, a constant proportion is maintained between the first element 12 and the second element 13, which allows maintaining a constant proportion between the input voltage and the output voltage.</p> |
