FLOW METER

PURPOSE:To measure flow rate precisely independently of the distribution of current speed in a pipe by a flow meter with simple structure. CONSTITUTION:Of respective current speed sensors 12n, first temperature sensors 16. are connected one another in series and second temperature sensors 17n are also connected one another in series to compose two lines of a bridge circuit 20. The bridge circuit 20 sends out a parameter depending on the difference between the average value of the temperature at the positions where respective first temperature sensors 16n are installed and the average value of the temperature at the positions where respective second temperature sensors 17n are installed. A computing circuit 21 computes the flow rate of a fluid flowing in a pipe based on the output of the bridge circuit 20.
