NON-DESTRUCTIVE QUALITY INSPECTION

摘要

The on-line non-destructive test minimizes generation of inferior goods by measuring the change of steel plate thickness and determining the transformation temperature. The on-line non-destructive test comprises a certifying step of transformation temperature by measurement of the steel plate thickness when 50% phase transformation is progressed in austenite cooling process, and a decision step that the heat-treated steel is good if the martensitic transformation temperature is below 460≦̸C and inferior if the martensitic transformation temperature is above 460≦̸C.
