PURPOSE: To provide an electric vehicle which assures continuous running, no-pollution running with a 3-phase high speed motor at the time of starting, low pollution running and saving of fuel and also high horse power output. CONSTITUTION: A computer center A1 is provided to an electric vehicle with a low pollution small size engine. An OSC high frequency modulated power supply A3 generates the power with a start switch and accelerator and supplies the power to a drive 3-phase high speed motor/pulse generator C1. Energy is collected because the 3-phase high speed motor operates as the pulse generator utilizing the braking operation or traveling at down slope roads. Residual amount of battery charge is indicated with a DC current operation indicator. When the residual amount reaches 30 to 50%, it is indicated in the computer center. Consequently, the engine is started to conduct charging. When the battery is fully charged, the engine is stopped depending on the instruction from the computer. The vehicle is started with a 3-phase high speed motor and when the speed reaches about 25 km/h, the engine is ignited depending on the instruction of computer with operation of the vacuum degree mmHg detector in the carbrater. As a result, the vehicle is accelerated with the 3-phase high speed motor. |
