PURPOSE:To prevent the contact between a dynamic pressure shaft and a sleeve even not only at the time of stationary revolution but also at the time of low revolution such as the time of braking, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a start command S1 is sent from a start stop control circuit 32, a fixed speed control circuit 33 outputs a signal for rotating a motor M at prearranged constant high speed to a motor driving circuit 34, based on reference clock CL and a position signal S3. Here, when a stop command S2 is sent from the start stop control circuit 32, the fixed speed control circuit 33 stops the signal output to the motor driving circuit 34, and also, outputs a synchronization signal S5 to a pressurization/decompression control circuit 36. The pressurization/decompression control circuit 36 energizes the solenoid of a pressurization/decompression means 14, and pressurizes the space between the sleeve and the dynamic-pressure shaft. |
