IRREVERSIBLE CIRCUIT ELEMENT AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To provide an irreversible circuit element and its production method that can ensure the high performance with a compact structure and at low cost. CONSTITUTION:A circulator (irreversible circuit element) 10 is constructed by a wide-band resonance circuit which is connected between a ground conductor 15 and the external conductors of center electrodes 12a-12c. Then a capacity electrode 17 is arranged in a sintered substance 11 made of a magnetic substance used for microwaves so that the capacity of the resonance circuit is taken out. Meanwhile plural green sheets are made of microwave magnetic substance. The electrode 17 is formed on one of these green sheets, and other green sheets are laminated together. These laminated green sheets are integrally sintered into the substance 11.
