摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the electrical, mechanical and chemical performance of a cell by letting both a composite positive electrode and electrolyte include a specified ion conductive highpolymer compound as a constituent, and concurrently letting the electrode active material of the composite positive electrode be formed out of manganese oxide. CONSTITUTION:One kind of ion conductive highpolymer compounds out of chemical formulas I through III is mixed by a specified weight ratio with a composite positive electrode and electrolyte where manganese dioxide as positive electrode active material and accetylene black as a conductive agent are mixed by a weight ratio of 85:15. By this constitution, the unnecessary active portion of the surface of manganese dioxides for the positive electrode can be removed, and the generation of gas within a cell is restrained, as a result, ion conductivity and mechanical characteristics are thereby enhanced. Besides, since irradiation with ionized radioactive rays can be made for the formation of ion conductive highpolymer compounds, operating performance can thereby be enhanced.
