<p>PURPOSE:To secure high durability against wiring for transmitting signals, etc., and, at the same time, to reduce the resistance of the wiring against the actuation of a mobile section by providing a mobile printed wiring board for transmitting signals, etc., between the primary side and secondary side and a sliding member having a small coefficient of friction for guiding the wiring board. CONSTITUTION:In a detecting means which detects the relative position between a head 1 composed of a linear magnetic scale 71 provided as a section to be detected and table 2 and detecting section 72, a mobile printed wiring board 74 is provided for transmitting signals generated from the detecting section 72. Then a sliding member 87 having a small coefficient of friction is interposed between both end sections of the wiring board 74 set in a bent state so that the member 87 can guide the wiring board 74. Since the light mobile printed wiring board 74 is used for wiring signal lines, etc., in such a way, a mobile section can be operated with high accuracy by reducing the resistance to the operation of the mobile section and, since the sliding member 87 is interposed between both end sections of the wiring board 74, the durability of the board 74 can be improved.</p> |
