<p>PURPOSE:To prevent lost communication data and to exert a maximum communication effect by dynamically changing the throughput of the transmission data from a station in use according to the continuously changed communication capacity and performance of a communication network to which a frame relay protocol is adopted. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission possible counter 30 showing a transmission possible data length C1 at a point of time is inspected and the length is a positive number when the request of a data transmission is generated, transmission data Cs is subtracted from a transmission possible counter 30 and a transmission processing is started by a line transmission processing part 44. The value C1 of the transmission possible counter 30 is a negative number or 0, transmission data is held in a transmission holding data queue 40. If the value C1 of the transmission possible counter 30 is the positive number at the time-out of a basic timer 38, the value C2 of the transmission throughput counter 34 is substituted. If the value C1 of of the transmission possible counter 30 is the negative number or 0, the value C2 of the transmission througput counter 34 is added to the value C1 of the transmission possible counter 30.</p> |
