The bag is made from a film material with one face which is thermally weldable, and its attachment (20) a handle or hook is made from two injected materials, with: (a) the core (26) of one material, which can have a bar which extends along the top of the bag; and (b) an insert (28) of a second material which is accessible from the outer surface of the attachment and to which the edge of the bag can be welded.
