CONSTITUTION:Rust, etc., in the blow down water B of a cell cooling-water system L1 are caught and removed by the rust, etc., catching filter 20 being interposed between a heat exchanger 7 at the boundary section between a cell cooling-water system L1 and a water treatment system L4 and a water recovery tank 10. At this time, since the filter 20 is provided at the boundary part between the high-pressure cell cooling-water system L1 and the low-pressure water treatment system L4, the pressure difference necessary for filtration can be gotten without dynamic source. Moreover, since the filter 20 is positioned downstream from the heat exchanger 7, the cooling-water is cooled down, and a heat resistance measure for a filter member becomes needless. Hereby, the blocking by the rust, etc., of the water treatment system can be prevented efficiently with simple structure. |
