PURPOSE:To absorb the load applied to a connector pin by providing a flexible sheet having an insulating layer, a base plate stuck on the flexible sheet, a connector pin, and a connector case. CONSTITUTION:Electronic parts 7 are mounted on the surface of a flexible sheet 2, a connector 5 is set on a terminal connection 6 vertical to a base plate 1, and the base plate 1 and a connector case 8 are adhered by using an adhesive. To the case 8, a hole to fit the tip of the pin 5 is provided corresponding to the setting position of the pin 5. After the pin 5 is pressure fitted to the hole of the case 8, the terminal connection 6 is set corresponding to the end 9 of the pin 5 so as to connect the end 9 and the connection 6. In this case, the pin 5 is connected to the connection 6 by bending the end 9 of the pin 5. And the expansion and contraction of the pin 5 owing to the temperature variation is absorbed by the flexibility of the insulating layer of the sheet 2, by the setting relation of the connecting hole 4, the sheet 2, and the connector 6. |
