<p>PURPOSE:To uniformly disperse a finely pulverized pigment in a polyimide precursor soln. by using a specified colored paste prepared by dispersing a pigment in a polyimide precursor soln., and to obtain a color filter having excellent contrast and flatness of the coating film by applying this colored paste. CONSTITUTION:This color filter has pixels comprising an org. pigment dispersed in a polyimide resin. The pixel contains rosin resinate and alkali metals and/or alkaline earth metals. The molar equiv. (A), of the rosin resinate and the molar equiv. (B) of the alkali metals and alkaline earth metals per 1 gram of the org. pigment satisfy the relation of 1.2X10<-6A<6.5X10<-4>, B<A+5X10<-4>, and 0.05<A/B<50.</p> |
