<p>PURPOSE: To make maximum the storage efficiency of a disk by a method wherein a basic data signal element constituting all programs is recorded in the other region and each program is composed of an index in an order combination of these data signal elements. CONSTITUTION: A CD reproducing means 100 picks up a data signal which has been optical by modulated from a disk 110 through pick-up means 130 and outputs it. A main control part 200 outputs data and an index table from the input data, transmits start address data of the program to a microcomputer 160 corresponding to a program selection signal transmitted from the microcomputer 160, and outputs a data signal of the selected program. Memory means 300 respectively stores first and second index tables in first and second memory regions 32, stores second data and an order table of the selected program in a third memory region 34, and stores data obtained by the order table in a fourth memory region 34.</p> |
