PURPOSE:To prevent out of control of a rotating shaft by forcibly pushing the rotating shaft in a prescribed direction with simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 4 and rotating shaft 2 are forcibly pushed toward a retaining plate 50 composed of a magnetic material by utilizing the magnetic force of a permanent magnet 43 fitted to the rotor 4 attracting the plate 50 by providing the plate 50 at the position opposite to the magnet 43. In addition, the rotating shaft 2 is forcibly pushed on one side without allowing the retaining plate 50 to come into contact with the shaft 2 by causing a difference in the attracting force of the magnet 43 against the plate 50 by changing the rate of the part of the plate 50 near the magnet 43 in such a way that one side is made larger than the other side, part of the plate 50 is constituted of a nonmagnetic material, or the plate 50 is inclined. Moreover, the plate 50 is formed of a core holder 50 which fixes a stator 10 to a housing case. |
