PURPOSE:To satisfactorily detect the decrease in follow-up performance of other vehicle flow in the case of the traffic flow of the general market by accurately detecting the battery condition when a predetermined value or more of acceleration is not obtained at the time of accelerating the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A battery monitor for an electric motor vehicle drives wheel by electric motors, and comprises accelerating deciding means P1 for deciding the acceleration of the vehicle, acceleration propriety deciding means P2 for deciding whether a predetermined value or more of the acceleration is obtained or not at the time of deciding the acceleration by the means P1, and battery monitor means P3 for detecting that the battery is low at the time of acceleration failure based on the decided result of the means P2. |
