The assembly includes a sleeve (1) with an opening (5) passing freely over the tap (R), controlled by an axial guide (9) which moves between release and engagement positions. A cylindrical shaft (10) is coaxial with the sleeve to slide within its opening with a small degree of friction. The shaft is moved by an axial control jack (13) and is associated with a rotary drive mechanism (14). Connectors (15,16) on the lower end of the shaft cooperate with similar connectors (17,18) on the tap. A locking collar (8) is slidable transversely relative to the sleeve, and seals (6,7) at the lower and upper parts of the sleeve engage the container body and shaft respectively. |
