The grill is formed by a series of blade components supported by two pairs of profiled side members (1,2;9,10). The side members are arranged to form the sides of a rectangle, and each include a series of teeth (3,4) and cut-outs (5,6) facing inwardly of the rectangle. The blades are supported between the side members, with their end portions engaging in a facing pair of cut-outs to lie parallel to one side of the rectangle. Orthogonal blades interlock with each other by means of complementary cut-outs at a mid-point of their length. The width of the teeth defines the spacing between the components of the grill.
