PURPOSE:To easily and surely perform a high-quality typesetting process by freely executing the typesetting processing or articles and images on the surface of paper by performing processing to arrange the article at the part surrounding the image and the clipping work of an image contour. CONSTITUTION:The work such as the enlargement, reduction or rotation of the image is instructed from a command input processing part 21 and corresponding to this instruction, a typesetting control part 22 instructs an image data processing part 23 to perform processing. The image data working part 23 extracts the required image data from a multi-level image data storage part 24 and stores the worked result of indicated contents (such as enlargement, reduction or rotation) in a typesetting data storage part 25. Next, when the flow of the article is indicated from the command input processing part 21, an article typesetting processing part 26 inserts the article at the part excepting for the image part. Afterwards, when outputting the typesetting result, a dot working processing part 27 executes the dot processing of a multilevel image and outputs the result to a paper surface output machine 28. |
