PURPOSE:To reduce energy to a distribution system and prevent useless heat from an electric apparatus, by providing a variable load unit between the distribution system and the electric apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A coil unit 18 with a variable AC load is provided between a power distribution system 12 and an electric apparatus 14. When an AC voltage at secondary lines u, v, and w is over a previously set voltage range, relays CR5 to CR1 are operated in sequence by a voltage control circuit 44. When the AC voltage at the secondary lines u, v, and w is lower than the previously set range, the relays CR1 to CR5 are operated in sequence by the voltage control circuit 44. While an AC voltage in a given range is fed from the power distributior system 12 to the electric apparatus, the variable AC load in the coil unit 18 is so adjusted that an almost minimum value of the AC voltage from the power distribution system 12 is still in a previously set voltage range. Then, the AC power fed to the power distribution system 12 is reduced and useless heat at the electronic apparatus can be prevented. |
