PURPOSE:To provide a solar energy utilizing roof which is installed even at a building, such as a small scale housing, and constituted to effectively utilize solar energy and have excellent construction workability. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of roof units 8... of which a roof 7 consists are disposed at the upper part of a unit building 6. In the roof unit 8, a water passage pipe 11 to pass water by which a solar cell panel 10 is cooled is disposed on the back side of the solar cell panel 10 in a zigzag manner in such a state to make direct contact with the back side thereof. A heat utilizing part to recover water heated in the water passage pipe 11 and utilize the heat in a unit building 6 is arranged in a lower building unit 12. The heat utilizing part uses heat energy of heated water for the feed of hot water and heating. |
