<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device, to reduce costs and to attain a large capacity by performing controlling of at least one of a tape l sending speed, tension and tracking with respect to a rotary drum in accordance with the controlling of rotational speeds of a supplying reel and a winding reel. CONSTITUTION:Rotations of a supplying reel motor 13A and a winding reel motor 13B for respectively driving supplying and winding reels 7a and winding reels 7b are controlled based on tension information on a tape 8 measured from a tension guide 4 in the reel 7a side via a tension detector 46 and rotational information on the reel 7b measured via a rotational speed detector 42. A tape speed is, based on rotational information obtained from the position detectors 36a and 36b of the reels 7a and 7b, obtained by means of a winding diameter of each reel calculated by a calculation part 37, the rotational speed of the reel 7b and the speed of the tape 8 calculated by the detector 37a from the reel diameter. Information on the tape speed is used for rotational controlling of the reels 7a and 7b.</p> |
