<p>PURPOSE:To provide a device capable of obtaining an excellent reproduced paper, performing high speed processing and saving manpower with high reliability, by disposing a residual toner detection means, and repeating the process for wetting and peeling the toner until the residual toner on a transfer paper becomes equal to or less than the prescribed amount. CONSTITUTION:The transfer paper 4 inserted in the wetting unit 8 is dipped in the processing solution 10, wetted and sent inside the toner peeling unit 12, and moreover pressurized while heated by the toner peeling roller 14, then the toner is peeled. When the transfer paper 4 peeling the toner is discharged from the outlet A, it is irradiated with the light beam emitted from LED array of the residual toner detection sensor 24, and the scattered beam is detected by the PD array. In the case that signal strength detected by the one or more PD out of the plural PD shows the decrease equal to or more than certain thresh level, on judging the presence of the residual toner, the transfer paper 4 is guided to the inlet C of the transfer paper transporting bath unit 23, and the wetting and the peeling processes of the toner are repeated until the residual toner becomes equal to or less than the certain thresh level.</p> |
