<p>PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by retrieving and displaying the name which is already inputted in a file when a parts name is inputted in a parts name file, reducing man-hour than the man-hour when an input is performed from a keyboard and easily discovering the input mistake due to an erroneous input. CONSTITUTION:In the procedure for displaying a parts number and a parts name on the prescribed output field of an output device, the parts number which is approximate to an inputted parts number and exists in a parts name file (FL 3) is displayed on the prescribed output filed of an output device when the same parts number as the inputted parts number does not exist in the parts name file (FL 3), subsequently, the parts number and the parts name which do not exist in the parts name file (FL 3) are inputted as a record in the parts name file (FL 3), and the inputted parts number and parts name are displayed on the prescribed output field of the output device.</p> |
