<p>PURPOSE:To provide the operation composition device which can automatically perform efficient operation composition in a short time over a wide range of a production line in consideration of component layout and incidental times by operations without reference to the mode of the production line. CONSTITUTION:The operation composition device consists of an operation composition logic part 2 which is formed in a computer 1 and performs arithmetic for operation composition according to previously set composition conditions (including component layout conditions), a keyboard 3 for inputting parameters regarding the priority, etc., of the composition conditions, a data file 4 which contains various data required for the operation composition of an assembly line and incidental time data by the operations, a monitor 5 which has a function for correcting and editing the composition result displayed on a screen, and a printer 6 which outputs various documents.</p> |
