<p>PURPOSE:To provide the excellent image quality having a high electrification rising speed and no reduction of the electrification quantity at the time of running, preventing the early occurrence of photographic fog and internal pollution, and no density irregularity of an image and no greasing by using a resin containing specific polyallylamine in an electrophotographic carrier coated with the resin on a core material. CONSTITUTION:A core material is coated with a resin containing the polyallylamine expressed by the formula, where R1, R2 are the hydrogen atom, alkyl group, preferably alkyl group having the carbon number in the range of 1-10, or aryl group, preferably aryl group having the carbon number in the range of 6-30, and their molecular weights are properly set in the range of 2000-300000, preferably 5000-100000, more preferably 8000-50000, from the viewpoint of the filming property and electrification property. It is more proper when R1, R2 are the hydrogen atom or methyl group concurrently.</p> |
