PURPOSE:To improve the preparation efficiency of a table work by executing specified editing operation of plural selected cell groups altogether. CONSTITUTION:An editing object cell specifying part 1501 specifies one or plural required object cells to be edited out of a table work. An edition contents instruction part 1502 instructs the edition of edition contents to be processed for character strings in an edition object cell group. When the execution of batch edition is instructed, a batch edition processing part applies editing processing instructed by a successive edition contents instruction part 1502 to the edition object cells. Thus the same editing processing is applied to all the cells selected as an edition object. Thus the same character editing processing of all the selected cells can be executed altogether. |
