<p>PURPOSE:To provide a production method of a color filter having excellent endurance such as heat resistance and light resistance and having better color characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A light shielding film 2 is formed between pixel parts on a transparent substrate 1. Then a dyeable photosensitive resin in which a red pigment is dispersed is applied on the whole surface of the transparent substrate 1, exposed to light for a pixel pattern, and developed. The photosensitive resin remaining as the pixel pattern is dyed with a dye to form a red transparent color layer 3R. Then a dyeable photosensitive resin in which a green pigment dispersed is applied on the whole surface, exposed to light for a pixel pattern, and developed. The photosensitive resin remaining in the pixel pattern is dyed with a dye to form a green transparent color layer 4G. Further, a dyeable photosensitive resin in which a blue pigment is dispersed is applied on the whole surface, exposed to light for the pixel pattern, and developed to form a blue transparent color layer 5B.</p> |
